Built for sensitive bid data

Your subcontractor pricing stays yours.

GCs trust Bridgeline with some of the most sensitive numbers in their business. We treat that trust as the product.

Your data, isolated

Each customer's proposals and estimates live in a dedicated, encrypted workspace. We never co-mingle bid data across GCs.

Never used to train models

Bridgeline does not use your proposals, pricing, or scope language to train any AI model. yours or anyone else's.

Enterprise-grade controls

SOC 2 Type II in progress. SSO, role-based access, and full audit logs available for enterprise customers.

Our security principles.

Tenant isolation

Every customer gets a dedicated, encrypted workspace. Bid data is never co-mingled across GCs, and we never use one customer's data to power another's experience.

Encryption everywhere

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Backups are encrypted with the same keys and rotated on a regular cadence.

No model training on your data

Your proposals, pricing, and scope language are never used to train any AI model—ours or a third party's. We use construction-domain models pre-trained on public and licensed datasets.

Access controls

Role-based access, SSO (SAML / OIDC), and full audit logs are available for enterprise customers. Bridgeline employees only access customer data with explicit authorization, and every access is logged.

Compliance in motion

SOC 2 Type II is in progress. We're happy to share our latest report, sub-processor list, and security questionnaire responses on request.

Responsible AI

Edge cases that confuse our extraction models are flagged for estimator review rather than silently guessed. You always see the source line in the original proposal.
