Bridgeline runs OCR on every page and uses construction-specific extraction models trained on real subcontractor proposals. including handwritten notes, faxed quotes, and scanned bids. Edge cases that confuse the model are flagged for estimator review rather than silently guessed.

Where does our data live? Who can access it?

All proposal and pricing data is stored in an encrypted, customer-isolated workspace inside our cloud infrastructure. Only users you invite can see your data. Bridgeline employees access customer data only when explicitly authorized for support, and every access is logged.

Do you use our proposals to train AI models?

No. Your proposals, pricing, and scope language are never used to train any model. ours or a third party's. We use construction-domain models that are pre-trained on public and licensed datasets.

Yes. We have live integrations with Procore, Sage 300 CRE, Box, Sharepoint, and Outlook, with Building Connected, SmartBid, and Bluebeam shipping soon. We also expose an API for custom workflows.
